Hi, I purchased 5 Pack Replacement for TZe-231 P Touch Label Tape Compatible with Brother P-Touch (TZ231 TZe231) Standard Laminated 12mm, Black on White from Amazon. The tape keeps getting stuck inside the cartridge. On another cartridge the tape is faulty and completely unusable.
